FAQs about our 50th Reunion

Q: What are the dates? -- Friday July 19, Saturday July 20, and Sunday July 21, 2019.

Q: What is the cost? -- $80/person (becomes $100/person starting July 1) for the Friday "Welcome! Grazing Gathering," the Saturday "Catching up and Story Telling" Picnic, and the Saturday Evening "Great to see you again!" Banquet.

Q: What if I want to provide my contact information but I have not yet decided to attend? -- On the Registration & Payment page [ Click here for Registration and Payment] you have three choices:

(1)  Registering and paying (now or later)
(2)  Telling us you have not yet decided and providing your contact information
(3)  Telling us you are not coming and providing contact information

Q: What if I want to keep my contact information confidential? -- On the registration form you have the option to tell us that you want your contact information kept confidential, including not being in the "Panther Tracks" classmate update publication.

Q: What are you going to do with the contact information I provide? -- We will only use the information for activities associated with this and future reunions. For example, we will use the information to

(1)  contact you to confirm that payment has been made or is still owed,
(2)  if you give us permission when you register the information will go into the "Panther Tracks" publication to help classmates be informed about us,
(3)  important reminders, such as if it is getting close to the reunion and you told us you had not yet decided whether to come and we have not heard back from you,
(4)  to help classmates get in touch (only if both parties wish to communicate [see Click here for the Who's coming page]), and
(5)  important updates.

Q: What is the "Panther Tracks" publication? -- We plan to continue the tradition of producing a publication that has (with each person's permission) contact and other information. The information includes name, contact information, and the biographical sketches we provide on the registration form. Even if you cannot attend (bummer) we encourage you to register so that you will be in Panther Tracks. We plan to make the 50th reunion Panther Tracks an online publication, such as a downloadable PDF file.

Q: What's with the Sunday Brunch? -- We are reserving space at the Millennium Harvest House for those who wish to have a parting breakfast-lunch. This is an order and pay as you go event with the Breakfast Buffet from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and the lunch menu starting at 11:00 a.m.

Q: What is the cancellation policy? -- Call us.

Q: Is there an a-la-carte option? I would like to select some, but not all events to attend. -- The reunion has been priced as a packaged deal. You don't want to miss out on anything!

Q: May I bring my children or grandchildren to the Saturday picnic? -- Bring lots of pictures instead.

Q: Are the events handicapped-accessible? -- Yes, although the tour of BHS and the picnic at the bridge will require some distances to be traveled.

Q: Does Boulder have easy transportation by Uber and Lyft? -- Yes.

Q: May I just drop in on the Friday evening gathering? -- Call us.

Q: How do I know about a rain relocation or cancellation for the Saturday picnic? -- Check the Home Page of the web site [Home with Schedule & Events] if it looks like there may be a relocation or cancellation.

Q: Is there a discount for two tickets? -- No, because we have worked hard to keep prices at rock bottom.

Q: What if I can't afford $80 (becomes $100/person starting July 1)? -- Call us.
